Effective date: Monday, Dec 22nd, 2025.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and personal information:
1. Email [email protected] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”
2. Include the email address, Engage ID, or Allie ID associated with your account so we can correctly identify it
3. We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days

You will receive a confirmation email once your account and eligible data have been deleted.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Once your request has been verified, we will permanently delete the following information from our active systems:
• User profile information (including parent/guardian and child information)
• Past conversations and chat logs with the Allie chatbot
• Journal entries created by the user, including uploaded photos or videos
• Developmental profile and graph data linked to the account
• Usage and interaction data associated with the account

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
• Transaction and billing records, retained for the period required under applicable tax and financial laws
• Limited technical logs or encrypted backups, which may persist for a short period but are not actively accessed or used

Any retained data is securely stored and used only for legally permitted purposes.
